Please find below the Swim England East Region Open Water Championships Conditions for 2026. Please note that the event sign-up is now open and can be found on the East Region website.
2026 SEER Open Water Conditions
There are also event specific Merchandise available to order, from the website, which will then be delivered at the event.
All Suffolk swimmers competing in these Championships will automatically be entered in the Swim England Suffolk Championships with medals awarded for the first three in each event in age group category. The overall Swim England Suffolk County Champion in each event will be the fastest swimmer from all age groups.

It was a smooth running event and were were lucky with the weather on the day other than the fact the water temperature was cold and it forced us to make wetsuits mandatory!
