  • 22/7 - County Conference 2017

    Suffolk County ASA Conference 2017 will be held on Sunday 15th October 2017 at St Felix School. An information poster and details of how to book are available on the County Conference page.


  • 17/7 - Open Water Championships

    Visit the Open Water Championships page to access the results from the competition on 16th July.


  • 4/7 - East Region Inter-county Competiion

    This event took place Sunday 2nd July at Luton. Suffolk finished 2nd on the day. A brief report is now on the County Team page.


  • 1/7 - Summer League 2017

  • 26/6 - County Awards

    East Region have recently announced the annual awards process. As agreed at the County Executive meeting on 24 June, applications for County Awards will be administered via the Swim England National Awards. Further information is available on the County Awards page.

    Information about open water swimming at Fritton Lake is now available on the Training page.



The objectives of the Suffolk County Amateur Swimming Association are to promote the teaching and practice of swimming, diving, synchronised swimming, water polo and life saving and to stimulate public opinion in favour of providing proper accommodation and facilities for them. Draw up and publish and enforce uniform conditions for the control and regulation of swimming, water polo and synchronised swimming championships and competitions and deal with any infringement thereof.
